This project is special and unique because it is one of the largest revitalization efforts in this nation’s history. This development will create jobs, opportunities and homes for the local population as well as providing their children a thoughtful place to live and learn with a new state of the art school and playground. This project had many challenges in which the team at Main Enterprises successfully overcame. This project consists of class A office space, retail stores and restaurants as well as 4,000 new residences. It is located a mere 35 minutes outside of New York City and will serve as a platform for business and development for generations to come.
