The project scope included the tenant fit-out of 11,000 square feet of space on the 8th floor of the Chase Bank building in downtown Grand Rapids. The project includes perimeter office space, conference meeting rooms, training space, open office areas and various support spaces. The design is modern and innovative, utilizing a mix of wood types, "ceiling clouds" with integrated lighting, bamboo flooring and other high-level finishes. Construction began in September 2009 and was completed in December 2009.
