Description

Classic Engineering provided the mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering on this four story, 130 key hotel. The hotel has an indoor pool, exercise room and breakfast area. The guest rooms are conditioned with package thru wall air conditioners. Corridors and common areas are conditioned with gas fired furnaces and electtric heat fan coil units. Domestic water is heated with two 750,000 BTUH boilers.
