Classic Engineering provided the mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering on this 98 key hotel. The project has an indoor pool, breakfast area, and meeting rooms. The corridors have conditioned 100% outside air to off-set the guest room exhaust fans. Domestic hot water is provided from two 650,000 BTUH boilers and two 220 gallon storage tanks.
