Description

This project represents Phase I & II of a three phase development on the site which replaces a previous car dealership. Classic's structural team worked with the architect, Concept Design Group on this new retail project. The structural system consists of a steel frame combined with masonry bearing walls and metal stud cladding to create the multiple facades that define the different retail lease spaces.
