Design Plus

This project included new building additions and remodeling totaling approximately 19,000 SF of new construction, minor renovation, and refinishing of existing construction at the addition connection, renovation and remodeling of the free weight and sports medicine/rehabilitation suite areas totaling approximately 8,300 SF, and all related site modifications to accommodate the construction. The facility features a full court, academic teaching gymnasium, spinning/rowing room, free weight room, fitness/cardiovascular room, new check-in entry area, equipment check-out, reception area, offices and restroom facilities. Design Plus provided architecture, structural engineering coordination, civil engineering coordination, site design, interior design, mechanical/electrical engineering coordination, and construction administration. The project was completed in August 2002 with a total construction cost of $2,600,000.
