Design Plus
Design Plus provided architectural design and implementation, site planning, civil engineering coordination, interior design, mechanical and electrical engineering, structural engineering coordination, and construction administration services for a new 12,500 SF conference center/training center on Lake Macatawa. The three-story structure includes training rooms, overnight rooms, corporate sales and training, personal residence, walk-out basement, and garage. The project was completed in May 1997 with an estimated construction cost of $1,200,000.
