Design Plus

Design Plus provided complete architectural, engineering, site, bidding, construction administration, interior design, and civil engineering and food service consultant coordination for this 28,025 SF new Family Life Center addition. The new addition included an upper and lower lobby, offices for the Director, Assistant Director, Business Manager and Accountant, work room, multi-purpose room, portable stage pocket, prep kitchen, delivery area, storage, sweet shop, four classrooms, craft room with storage, laundry room, book store, dining room, gym, elevator, and public toilet rooms. The main project was completed in November 1998 with a total construction cost of $3,663,231. The front canopy was remodeled in July 1999.
