Description25 Michigan St Grand Rapids MI Map The Michigan Street Development project is inclusive of several building components; Lemmen-Holton Cancer Pavilion, Tower 35, Tower 25, Secchia Medical Center and a multi-level Parking Ramp. Architectural Glass & Metals has participated on several of these projects with varying degrees of involvment as noted below; LHCP - complete single-source building enclosure inclusive of engineered curtainwall and metal panel systems. Tower 35 - Insulated metal panel system at penthouse area only. Tower 25 - Engineered curtainwall and window systems w/ varying depth exterior covers, vertical butt-glazing and metallic frit spandrel. Parking Ramp and Pedestrian Bridge - Custom fabricated insulated aluminum panel system to match metal panels previously provided on Van Andel Institute and custom fabricated aluminum louvers at parking ramp
