Project Description

Design Plus provided complete architectural, interior design, engineering, and construction administration services for the 17,000 SF historic renovation of the Abram W. Pike House. The newly renovated building is another demonstration of our dedication to the quality redevelopment of our beloved downtown. It is an inviting and welcoming place of comfortable elegance, as well as another preserved and revitalized piece of Grand Rapids history. The project was completed in February 2007, and it received the 2007 Associated Builder & Contractor Award for Historical Renovation.
