Project Description

Bridgewater Place is a 17-story office facility designed to architecturally reflect the Grand River in downtown Grand Rapids. This affect was achieved by using composite metal and blue glass curtainwalls on the facade. This structure was designed to have a future Tower 2 adjoining Tower 1. Decorative terracing encompasses the front, giving a dramatic view of the river. Additionally, a 1,400 car precast parking ramp was simultaneously built.
