Project Description

The basic structure of this new 16,800 s.f. automobile dealership is a pre-engineered metal building with a split-faced concrete block wainscot around the perimeter. Expansive glass in the showroom lights the new automobiles on display. The dealership features a full service repair shop, parts storage, and customer waiting areas. Building materials were specifically selected to be virtually maintenance free and to keep construction costs low providing for an attractive, low cost, low maintenance facility.
