Wolgast
Wolgast Corporation acted as the design builder for this oral surgery center. The exterior is stone masonry with limestone cap and horizontal siding. The interior is very comforting with warm tone colors. The patient waiting area has a good view of the outdoors and skylights in the corridor provide ample natural light. The corridor windows also have a good view of tree line outside. Operatories also have great exterior views of wooded area.
The 5,536 SF 1st floor and 2,820 SF basement were completed in six months on time and on budget.
