Promenade at Noblesville is a 120 Acre Mixed Use PUD within the City of Noblesville, Indiana, offering 119 Single Family Lots, 110 attached villa style (age-targeted) dwelling units, 110,000 sq. ft. of an upscale retail commercial shopping center, and approximately 18 acres of retail commercial outlots. The property is situated along State Highway 32 and Little Chicago Road, providing optimal access to the major North-South corridor. Driesenga & Associates, Inc.’s staff performed the Geotechnical investigation and completed all aspects of Civil Engineering services from conceptual site layout through development of construction documents and coordination with review and permitting agencies. Unique design features include a 2 lane; offset left roundabout, a wooded corridor stream incorporating existing wetlands and providing innovative water quality treatment techniques. The D&A team is also providing Survey Construction Staking & Final Platting documentation for the project.
