Due to increased enrollment, CSM Group was selected to construct the new, student housing facilities for Olivet College in order to expand the current student housing they had available.

The new student housing building started in September 2007 and was completed in June 2008.   It is a two story, 36 bedroom townhouse style dorm.  There are a total of 9 units consisting of a full kitchen including a dishwasher, a living room and dining area, a washer and dryer in each unit in the basement,  2 full bathrooms (one on each floor), and 4 bedrooms on the 2^nd floor.

This project had the contingency spent by the bank before the 1^st floor was framed.  The remaining project was completed without the use of any contingency money.

After the project was bid out, the 3^rd party developer wanted the building to be fully sprinkled.  CSM went through a VE process and recovered $50,000 to allow for the fire suppression system to be added.
