This new 39-storey luxury condominium containing 373 units, located in Toronto’s Entertainment District, will provide an edgy silhouette to the Toronto skyline.  The building envelope features floating white cubic elements, accentuated by dramatic red cuts that jog around each face of the building.  The ten-storey base of the structure will feature three storeys of commercial and high-end retail space. 

Building amenities include an open-air lobby, bar, lounge and dining areas, a media lounge, and yoga, fitness and spa facilities.  The outdoor terrace and roof tops will have themed gardens planted at different elevations including a hot-water oasis.
