This multi-phased project involved the construction of 55 four-bedroom and four and one-half bathroom student apartments located near Grand Valley State University. The student community includes a fitness center, tanning facilities, study lounge and a recreation room with fireplace.
These units were built on a very tight site and while all other on-site units remained operational.
