Wolverine Building Group
Wolverine renovated a 12,000 square foot cafeteria for Lawerence Tech University. Work included striping down the existing space and installing new drywall, paint, new flooring, ceilings, tile flooring, lighting, hoods, equipment, storefront doors, millwork and finishes. The renovation also included the replacement if HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection and tie-ins of these systems to the rest of the building. to Total costs for this project is at $300,000 not including the equipment or vendors provided by the university.
The LTU cafeteria renovation was completed while other areas of the building such as classrooms, administrative offices, a library, and the adjoining kitchen remained operational during the entire construction process.
