Description

Transform the Third Floor Level of this once multi-tenant medical office building into the corporate headquarters for Trillium Corporation and for the local office of Trillium Staffing, Inc.. Trillium Corporation purchased this building specifically with the intent of occupying the Upper Level of the building themselves. Space planning included; creating a new reception area, board room, training rooms, employee break room, data server room, open work spaces, and individual offices.  The Upper Level renovation scope included new walls and wall finishes, casework, doors, hardware, floor finishes, , data communications system, lighting system and upgrading the HVAC system .
