Description

Design Program: The project scope consisted of two new additions to the existing St. Ann's Home building.  The small addition of 2,500 square feet provides new office and training spaces.  The larger addition, 12,400 square feet, provides new patient rooms and a dining room.  These additions required mechanical and electrical modifications to the original building as well as new mechanical and electrical systems for the two additions. 

Design Challenges:  A stringent budget required creative applications to meet the owner's needs as well as meet all building code requirements.
