Description

Greenleaf  Trust, which previously was located in a historical home in downtown  Kalamazoo, now resides in the newly renovated 2nd floor space at the Radisson Plaza Hotel. Byce & Associates, Inc. designed the structural, mechanical and electrical for this multi phased project. The 2nd floor had previously had multiple offices with multiple tenants, and to make this area into one large  office suite, a great deal of demolition had to be done. During the renovation process, major ductwork, plumbing and electrical had to be relocated, along with an existing stairwell. The office suite now hosts a beautiful reception area, many individual office spaces, conference rooms, employee break room and kitchen facility.
