Classic Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing engineering for this LEED office building. The plumbing system uses low flow plumbing fixtures and a high efficiency water heater. The mechanical system consist of hot water fan coils with DX cooling coils and radiant floor all supplied by a 210,000 btuh, 90%+ hot water boiler.
