Classic Engineering designed the mechanical, plumbing and electrical for this 152 key, five story hotel. The hotel has an indoor pool, breakfast area, meeting space and exercise room. The heating system consists of multiple single zone fan coils with DX cooling for the common areas and package thru the wall air conditioners for the guest rooms. The plumbing system uses two 750,000 BTUH boilers and two 318 gallon storage tanks to meet hot water requirements. A domestic booster pump is used to provide proper water pressure throughout the building.
