Classic Engineering
A full spectrum of food processing needs were addressed in the latest addition to the facility including warehousing, production, packaging, and freezers/coolers. Precast concrete structure in the food processing and production areas. This addition was also fast track construction with the building being completed within six months. To help with the fast track schedule, Classic also provided the structural steel detailing on the project.

A full spectrum of food-processing needs were required, including warehousing, production, packaging, and freezers & coolers. Pre-cast concrete structures were used in the food-processing and production areas.
In addition, a new state-of-the-art employee fitness center was built on site.
The whole project was completed within six months.

EXXEL ENGINEERING provided civil engineering services for site grades, building location, utilities, drives and parking areas. Our Survey Department provided construction staking services.

THE KING CO., INC. was selected by Dan Vos Construction and Request Foods to provide design-build underpinning of the existing foundation for the expansion of the facility. The underpinning consisted of the installation of AB Chance Helical Anchors to support the adjacent concrete foundation at 12 locations during excavation activities.
