There were many engineering challenges to be met in this project, including preserving the natural setting while building infrastructure to provide all the conveniences of this state-of-the art development. Exxel provided Civil Engineering and Surveying Services: - Topographical survey of site - Site layout for site condominium - Storm sewer, sanitary sewer and watermain design - Boulevard entry and pavilion area, boardwalks, walkways, stairs and fire pit area included in site design - Construction staking - Site inspection and contract administration - Preparation of Exhibit “B” condominium documents and staking Unit corners - Computations and staking of homes on individual sites
