Description

Wolverine was contracted as a Construction Manager to build an additional three floors on the top of an existing five-story medical building. The addition of the 6th and 7th floors provided patient rooms, exam rooms, nurse's stations and staff lounge to service bone marrow transplant patients and pediatric patients. The 8th floor was constructed to provide mechanical support for the building.
