Fieldstone Apartments
Description
Fieldstone Apartments, Condominiums, and Townhouses was designed in two phases. Phase One called for the design of a community building large enough to house the apartment offices and dayrooms for resident gatherings. Phase One also consisted of 156 units of concrete tunnel designed apartments. These one, two, and three bedroom apartments each have an attached garage, laundry room, and a patio or deck. Phase Two has 5 concrete tunnel condominium buildings each with 12 units. The condominiums have a similar layout as the apartments with the same amenities. Keeping with a similar layout but utilizing wood framing in lieu of the concrete tunnels, Omega designed two 12 unit condominium buildings and 11-12 unit condominium buildings to be built at a later time. Also included in Phase Two are two 10 unit townhouse buildings. One of these buildings has been completed. The other will be constructed at a later date.
