Campus View Recreation Building
Description
Campus VIew Apartments are located near the interior of the Grand Valley State University campus. The associated Recreation building included an indoor pool, kitchenette, and tables, restrooms, general rental offices and a maintenance/ utility wing. The project consisted of a complete renovation of the existing spaces, elimination of the pool, relocation of the offices to the new addition and the construction of a full court gymnasium, locker rooms, exercise room, aerobics, film room, a large gathering room, game room and small study rooms. The total project is a successful blend of a new addition and a remodel of a 30 year old building.
