Description

A bold new look for the corner of Wealthy and Commerce SW. The 33,000 square foot red-brick complex of Loose Leaf Lofts has finished its transformation. Originally built during WWI to produce military uniforms, the building got its name from its long running tenant, Loose Leaf Printing Company. The project consisted of the renovation of the existing three-story 18,000 square foot industrial warehouse plus the addition of a four-story 15,000 square foot connection on the adjacent lots. The building’s design blends a clean, modern, and urban style with historic elements to fit in with the neighboring structures.
