Description

The owners are expanding this successful yarn and quilting shop.  They are trying to capture the look and style of the neighboring "old downtown" buildings, and retaining the friendly small-town atmosphere.  This addition/renovation utilizes clap board siding and cornice on the exterior, with tin ceilings and hardwood floors on the interior.  There are many "unseen" features also, including high energy-efficient ICF walls and upgraded roof deck insulation, to help reduce heating and cooling loads.
