Phase 1 included the design and construction of the first building in what will be a new office park of nine buildings. State-of-the-art features are throughout the building, which was leased to Advance Medical Imaging.
An open floor plan with many windows creates a beautiful, natural setting. A rear patio/solarium on all three floors offers a view of Evergreen Lake.
Phase 2 is a 30,500 Sq. Ft. office building with multiple tenants. Second of 8 planned Buildings in this new office park.
