Description

Driesenga & Associates, Inc. (D&A) developed a Master Plan for the Clam Lake DDA highlighting a 12-year history of development within district that created 305% growth. D&A worked with DDA to establish goals, identify projects and project revenue through the year 2012. In addition, a conceptual streetscape plan and detailed construction plans for streetscape lighting project were developed within MDOT ROW for construction in 2007.
