Description
EllisDon Toronto was awarded the contract for the Design, Development and Management of the Ontario pavilion at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. The site is located on False Creek in Vancouver.
The design and construction of the Pavilion was coordinated by EllisDon. Nussli, a leading, international provider of temporary building infrastructures for super events and exhibitions, who will assemble and disassemble the pavilion designed by the architect. Lord Cultural Resources, a leading museum consultant, will develop the programming to tell the Ontario Story.
EllisDon also operated the pavilion and managed the Ontario special events, corporate programs, signature attractions and nightly concerts with Infinite Stage Design.
The pavilion was disassembled after the Olympics.
