EXXEL ENGINEERING, INC. prepared a topographical survey of the site, designed construction plans for extension of utilities, site grades, access drives and parking lots. We processed requests for construction permits. We provided survey staking for construction of improvements. We created Exhibit "B" condominium documents for inclusion in the Master Deed. This was an interesting project to preserve the original and upgrade and update the site to give it new life.
