Railside is a development built around a private golf course. It features rolling terrain with mature trees; a desirable setting in a suburban community with easy access to Grand Rapids, Holland and Kalamazoo. Homes, condominium units, office buildings, a medical building and a nursing home comprise the Railside project. The golf course boasts a clubhouse with restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. A unique feature of this project includes preserving a site for the original farm house and outbuildings on the property. A tunnel for golf carts is built beneath 76th Street.
