Description

The scope of this project included installation of a new substation and bussway to provide power to 5 new water pumps ranging from 200 to 600 horsepower. A sophisticated control system was necessary to allow on-site control and remote control of the water system. This project involved a particularly complex installation at two different locations. Coordination with other contractors was of key importance and Feyen Zylstra took an active role in this effort. Overcoming difficulties with weather were also a challenge on this project.
