If we are to retain our reputation, each employee must be quality conscious at all time on all jobs. Quality and good workmanship cannot be engineered or inspected into a product, they must be built into it.

Fort Wayne Structural Products operates as a team. Within any team certain goals are necessary. One of our most important goals is Quality Assurance. Fort Wayne Structural Products is committed to providing quality fabricated structural steel through the use of qualified personnel, equipment and procedures. We must strive to achieve a level of quality which satisfies our customers, creates confidence in our employees, and creates the confidence in the purchaser that they indeed receive the quality that is necessary for the intended use of the structure.

Fort Wayne Structural Products maintains a Quality System to ensure that the product we fabricate conforms to the contract documents, and to AISC and AWS standards. This is accomplished by following the procedures as outlined under the five major departments of our Quality System.
