A new Medical Building on the edge of the "Celadon New Town," the  22-acre mixed-use natural environment development. The design/build medical office blends the architecture of modern and traditional features to create a timeless facility. The 10,000 square foot two-story conventional steel office building has a Midwestern early 1900's era design which blends into its unique wetland setting.   

According to Dulane Coval, Project Manager for Wolverine Building Inc., "The building envelope uses many natural materials; a mixture of applied stone veneer, wood beams, standing seam roof and other period finishes.  The idea is to have a traditional environmentally friendly neighborhood on the original agricultural site."

Three tenant spaces occupy the building, one of which is still available. Michigan Orthopedics and Sports Medicine P.C. occupy the front half of the ground level. Dr. Kyle Randall proud of the new branch explains, "Our patients and employees are excited about the convenient Knapp's Corner location.  The new facility is situated in a high growth area, which is easy to find and provides plenty of parking." Achieve Physical Therapy will be adding their new location on the second floor of the new building and plan to move in this fall.
