Wolverine Building Inc. has been selected general contractor for the remodel of a 6,370 square feet suite at the Spectrum South Pavilion to make space available for the Area Wide OB/GYN Health Services.

The 10 week remodel is a selective demolition project, where existing doors and hardware will be reused, while new flooring, carpet, and wall coverings will be installed. The challenge will be to fit the old with the new and make a comfortable finished space for the Area Wide OB/GYN to expand their health services to more local women.
