Spectrum Health South Health Pavilion MRI Addition

Wolverine Construction Management built a 2,000 square foot addition to the Spectrum Health South Pavilion using steel framing and a masonry veneer. The addition was added to house a new MRI department including space for patient holding, a consulting area, control room, storage, and expanded staff lounge.

To maintain full operations of the MRI department throughout construction, a temporary docking area was established with insulation, heating, lighting and other necessities to conform to all healthcare requirements. The construction phase was fast tracked and completed in less than 90 days.
