Exxel Engineering
EXXEL Engineering provided a topographical survey of the site. We did the civil engineering to establish site grades, building location and elevation, design of public utilities and design of access drives and parking areas. We did construction staking and part-time site inspection to ensure compliance with plans and municipal requirements. We also amended the Exhibit "B" condominium documents to include the Hoekwater Family Dentistry parcel in the Master Deed.
Classic Engineering
Classic Engineering provided HVAC and plumbing engineering for Pleune on the design-build LEED certified project. The HVAC designed system was based on (4) gas fired roof top units with MERV 13 filters and CO2 space sensors. Ductwork distribution consisted of overhead supply and low sidewall return. Air, nitrogen, oxygen and vacuum systems were designed for the ten operatories.
