The ground-up construction of the new Covenant Med Express facility included typical medical office environment with exam and patient care rooms, doctor offices, waiting and file rooms, 2nd floor storage, and mechanical rooms.  The entire building includes an additional 1/2" of sound proofing board in addition to typical drywall and was finished with ceramic paint, which offers a more damage resistant surface.
