• Transformed former D&W Food Store into a PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) Clinic.  Community Access Line of the Lakeshore (CALL 2-1-1), Nutritional Services/Meals on Wheels and Senior Resources are also housed in the center.  Together, these four agencies are now serving over 1,800 seniors and their families on a daily basis.  The housing of these various agencies under one roof has resulted in a one of a kind facility in the country and a model for future centers.

This project encompassed remodeling an existing D & W grocery store into a full-blown senior service and activity center.  The extensive remodel included a complete ‘gut’ job of the building and a total redesigned HVAC system stemming from an extremely compact mechanical room.

Working as an HVAC subcontractor for Lascko Plumbing and Mechanical proved to be another successful project!
