War Memorial Medical Office Building

Completed in September 2010, this new medical office building provides space for medical groups and professionals in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan.  The 40,000 square foot, 4 story building has a framework of structural steel and precast concrete planks with a shell of metal studs, foam insulation, and brick veneer.  The work included the construction of exam rooms, dialysis treatment areas, X-ray units, nurses stations, reception areas, and individual offices. 

Moyle Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for this project, responsible for the packaging work into specific categories, bidding out all phases of the project, processing and maintaining all project documents, and ensuring the project stayed on schedule and on budget.
