EllisDon was awarded the contract for the Woodstock General Hospital as part of the Modified Design Build Finance and Maintain (MDBFM) contract that the EllisDon Public Infrastructure Development Division recently closed with Woodstock General Hospital and Infrastructure Ontario. The MDBFM contract with EllisDon's Public Infrastructure Development Division and their equity partner LPF Infrastructure Fund reach Financial Close on October 23, 2008. It involves the financing, construction and hard facilities management of the facility over a 30-year concession term.
