Driesenga & Associates

Driesenga & Associates developed a site master plan for the 12.7 acre Lakeshore Medical Campus located at Beeline and James Streets in Holland Township, MI. The layout and site design was based on a conceptual plan provided by GMB Architects and included four new buildings on the medical campus, totaling 74,000 square feet, and included related parking, drives and utilities. Driesenga & Associates, Inc. provided surveying, geotechnical investigation, civil engineering, construction staking, and materials testing services. The project included extension of public sanitary sewer and water systems to service the campus. Care was given to preserve specific site features including existing trees. The project boasts a unique pond feature, which combines aesthetics with practical storm water storage.
