Triangle provided complete construction management and general contracting services for this 70,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art medical facility. Construction activities required coordination with the completion of a new multi-level parking structure.

The facility includes independent physician practice offices, laboratory and x-ray spaces, meeting rooms and a patient library.

Built on an accelerated schedule, the project design evolved over a twelve-month period concurrent with construction. During this time, Triangle value engineered over $1,000,000 in savings without compromising the design.
