Kent Companies was hired by Skanska USA to provide a turnkey concrete package for the landmark expansion of Mid-Michigan Hospital in Midland, Michigan. Kent’s scope consisted of more than 45,000 square feet of pile caps and grade beam construction for the foundations. Six elevated floors of the building were constructed from structural steel with lightweight concrete poured on metal deck. The project was competed in the spring of 2010.
