Bronson Methodist Hospital - North Pavilion Renovation

Bronson North Pavilion was a renovation of 112,000 square feet building over 5 floors. The scope included gut to structure and renovation of the 5th, 4th and first floor and a partial renovation of the 3rd and 2nd floor with full time patients on those floors. The project also featured a complete renovation of the mechanical and electrical systems while maintaining patient care 100% of the time on occupied floors. The project included the installation of all new mother baby room, labor and delivery rooms, complete NICU, two C-section rooms and a multi-function procedure room. The project also featured the build out of two, multi level large indoor atrium garden areas as well.
