Classic Engineering
The project is the first phase of a large retirement community. Phase one includes a large common building with a café, gathering room, game room, library and craft room. This phase also has a 28,000 square foot indoor parking structure and 84 one and two bedroom apartments. Classic Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering for this design-bid project. The mechanical system includes gas fired furnaces for each apartment and gas fired roof top units for all common areas. Future phases will include more apartments, indoor pool, more gathering rooms and another level of indoor parking.

Exxel Engineering
EXXEL ENGINEERING, INC. did topographical survey work to create all site construction plans, including site grading, site utilities and access drives and parking lot plans. We worked with municipal agencies to obtain approvals and construction permits. Our Survey Department provided construction staking for various site contractors. We did an ALTA/Land Title Survey for the owner to obtain project financing.
Godwin Plumbing Inc.
Godwin Plumbing & Mechanical's contribution to this project included procurement and installation of plumbing, sanitary stacks, water heaters, a snow-melt system, 5' roll-in showers, standard bathtubs, toilets, and fixtures. While some units were designed for handicap accessibility, most can be retrofitted.
